A leading law firm with offices across Lancashire is seeking a senior property litigation solicitor (5 years' PQE) to join their litigation team in Preston. You will be joining a thriving Property Litigation department dealing with all aspects of real estate litigation, ranging from possession claims, boundary issues and enforceability of restrictive covenants and easements, to advising both landlords and tenants on commercial property management disputes including contested and non-contested lease renewals, break options, rent reviews, eviction and forfeiture. The continued growth of the department has led to the need to hire into the team to ensure continued future development and success. You must be a qualified property litigation solicitor likely with 5 years' PQE gained in a similar firm with a proven track record in all aspects of real estate litigation. In addition, you will likely have gained experience in overseeing more junior colleagues. An eye for business development/marketing would be a distinct advantage.
