If so this could be the Lead Javascript Developer position for you This company have built and launched a high-transactional/ available platform in 6 months and are already achieving significant traction in the UK's largest retail market. They have raised a European record in seed funding worth £80m and are looking for 5 Lead Javascript Developers to further their growth. This is a business that is going places They are building an outstanding engineering culture where all teams are given resources and support to deliver code to the highest standard. What does this look like? TDD/BDD as standard not just 'when the time allows', pair programming is routine, coupled with a world-class coaching staff (Agile/Technical/Quality) to ensure that all engineers develop their skills and not just features What does a Lead Javascript Developer need to do to secure a spot with this amazing company? Strong front-end Javascript skills - any framework/tooling experience.
