Overview
My client based in Brentwood are seeking a Customer Sales and Support Specialist to join their growing team. Duties • Diary management for clinicians, hygienists and other key stakeholders at practice level • Ensure the patient pathway is followed to optimise the businesses referral opportunities • Follow up on all leads generated from marketing campaigns to ensure maximum success in driving sales and brand awareness • Enhance the patient journey • Ensure patients are educated on all service offerings • Provide support for Dentists, TCO's and local teams to ensure time is maximised in practice • Maintain a consistent number of inbound & outbound calls on a daily basis • Work towards and achieve individual and company sales targets and KPI's • Build relationships with all team members within dental practices and head office team • Assist and perform other tasks as requested by the contact centre manager and marketing team • Ensure all company systems are kept up to date • To understand and develop a personal knowledge of dental products Skills Required: • Ability to prioritise changing workloads • Good organisational and influencing skills • Exceptional customer service skills • Excellent listening skills • Ability to influence and upsell services at every opportunity • Flexibility to meet the needs of the business • Empathy when dealing with all customers both internally and externally • Professional approach at all times • Diary management • Lead generation Experience Required • Proven track record in a customer service / sales role • Demonstrate experience in growing market share and delivering against target • Dental knowledge preferred but not essential • Knowledge of booking systems and CRM packages If you have relevant experience and would like to find out more, then please call Claire Oakley on or apply now
