Overview
Our client, a large household name company, has a new opening for a Senior Trainer. Applicants must be a specialist in Workday HR technology. The company have embarked on a major global Workday implementation project with a forecast target launch date of the middle of 2020. You are working out of one of three main hubs. The hubs are in UK, Costa Rica and The Philipines. The role involves the development and preparation of training material to deliver virtually. You should be able to produce all virtual training materials using powerpoint. Due to the project being on a global scale, no face to face training is required. It is essential you have worked in a minimum of two other Workday training development and delivery projects. You should have proven experience of stakeholder management and shared services. The Senior Trainer is providing training to Super Users around the world, who in turn will train their own teams. You should be a curious individual and respect culture differences around the world and recognise the differences in training styles. Performing knowledge checks is also of paramount importance and you should be able to develop knowledge check questions and quizzes and deliver these at the appropriate stage in the training process. This is a contract position, initially for 12 weeks. On offer is a day rate of £650. Hours of work flexible between 08:00am and 5.00pm as the training is done virtually.
