Recruiting for a Legal Secretary / PA within a successful US Law firm in the heart of the City paying up to £42,000 and working 9am-5pm Supporting an incredibly friendly Partner & Associates within the Corporate Finance & litigation department Variety is guaranteed Standard Legal PA / Secretary duties include diary management, travel arrangements (mainly to the US), lengthy document amendments, trial bundling, billing & meeting arrangements The current Secretarial workforce are incredibly close knit and regularly help each other out at busy periods so they will expect the same attitude for the next recruit The firm are ideally looking for a Legal Secretary PA with a solid Corporate law background experience but as this tends to sit within or adjacent to the Funds, Corporate, Finance and Banking Departments, they will look at wider experience.
