Overview
An ongoing temporary role based in Woking town centre paying £11.36 per hour Your new role Your new role is a full-time position, where you will be playing a business critical role. You will be part of the contact centre team where you will deal with the full range of services and give general information or signpost to other organisations and departments. What you'll need to succeed To succeed, you will need previous experience working within a customer services capacity, and must be able to demonstrate the highest levels of customer service skills. You must be computer literate and able to use systems efficiently, including database based applications and Microsoft. You must be able to work under pressure, yet have fantastic attention to detail. You must have the ability to defuse situations, and deal with potentially difficult customers on the phone. You must be extremely professional, organised and demonstrate excellent team work. What you'll get in return In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of £11.36 per hour. You will receive the equivalent of 31 days holiday per annum, fantastic working hours and the chance to expand your skills within a dynamic and vibrant team/organisation. You will be working on an ongoing contract with no set end date, and you will be being paid on a weekly basis every Friday, directly into your bank account. The company in question are a short 6 minute walk from Woking train station and based in the town centre of Woking.
