Customer Service Role £18,000 - 20,000 Woking My client is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly candidate to join their growing customer service team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking for a company that is friendly and passionate. Responsibilities will include: Dealing with customer enquiries promptly Taking orders via the phone and email and inputting them into our sales order system. General administration, which will include dealing with customer emails and enquiries Ensuring all orders are dispatched on time Dealing with customer returns and general product enquiries Data Entry To be considered you will be: Have experience dealing with customers/clients Have a clear and concise telephone manner Excellent attention to detail Good MS Office skills You must be a car driver Please apply for further information and the chance to be considered
