Your new role Will be to provide end user support and the resolution of any Hardware/ Software issues, Network/ Infrastructure administration, and maintenance and improvement to the existing domain. What you'll need to succeed 2 Years experience of 2nd line infrastructure support. MSCA Windows 20, MSCA Server 2012/16. Understanding of Systems Administration and support in a 24x7 Operational environment. ITIL Framework.
