IT Service Desk Analyst We are looking for talented IT IT Service Desk Analyst to assist in our goal of continuing to deliver excellent levels of service and support on the wide range of products and services we provide. As an IT IT Service Desk Analyst you will work with our team to support end users via providing phone and email support. Job Responsibilities As an IT Service Desk Analyst you will be providing technical support to our partners, using a range of resources to meet our service goals. This will include: • Working to resolve customer queries by liaising with colleagues, vendors and third party suppliers to find solutions and monitor incidents • Updating the ticketing software and providing updates to customers via email and the telephone • Updating customer details in the CRM software and maintaining documentation on their needs • Assisting with upgrades and implementation projects for various customer setups • Above all as an IT Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and improving customer experience with our products Skills and Experience Required The skills and qualities and requirements required for the IT Service Desk Analyst position are: - Experience working in a technical or administrative role - Excellent customer service skills, both via email, over the phone and in person - A keen interest in technology - Knowledge of IT protocols and Networking including LAN & WAN What we Offer In addition to a competitive salary we offer an annual bonus scheme, 25 days paid holiday, casual dress policy, onsite parking and opportunities for continuous development and training opportunities available.
