IT Support Analyst We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our client based in High Wycombe. This is a permanent post that pays between £25000- £30000/annum, with a 10% performance bonus available in addition. The IT Support Analyst will work with our clients to assist them in their IT issues and queries, providing an excellent level of customer support and satisfaction in your interactions. About Us? As an IT Support Analyst, you will work closely with our customers to ensure our products and solutions are consistently available and assist with any issues they are facing. You will work in a passionate team and gain exposure to a large range of different IS solutions What will you do? The main responsibilities of the IT support analyst are: • Working to resolve customer queries by liaising with colleagues, vendors and third-party suppliers to find solutions and monitor incidents • Updating our ticketing software and providing updates to customers via email and the telephone • Updating customer details in the CRM software and maintaining documentation on their needs • Assisting with upgrades and implementation projects for various customer setups • Above all, as an IT Support Analyst you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and improving customer experience with our products About you? The skills and experience required for the IT Support Analyst post are: - At least one years' experience working in a technical or administrative role, preferably within the telecommunications sector - Excellent customer service skills, both via email, over the phone and in-person - A keen interest in technology - Knowledge of IT protocols and Networking including LAN & WAN - Knowledge of VOIP technology What Is On Offer?
