Mitel Support Specialist We are looking to find a talented Mitel Support Specialist to support us in delivering excellent service to our client base, in getting the most value out of their products. As the Mitel Support Specialist you will lead and mentor a small team to further the knowledge base within our organisation and enable us providing faster and more effective support to our customers. Job Responsibilities The Mitel Support Specialist will be responsible for: • You will lead a small support team in delivering technical support to our client base on Mitel's product line. • You will be assessing our teams current knowledge and ability and delivering a roadmap and training plan to upskill the team through coaching and mentorship • Monitor the team's performance to improve our ability to meet SLA's and improve our customer satisfaction scores • Liaising with suppliers and vendors to troubleshoot customer issues and assist the incident management team • As the Mitel Support Specialist you will work closely with the Head of Service to ensure that we are maintaining standards and reporting on performance Skills and Experience The Mitel Support Specialist will need to have experience with: • Experience of working in technical roles and liaising with clients and vendors • Strong understanding of Mitel's product line including MiVoice Business, MiCollab, MiCC Contract centre and Interactive Voice Response • Knowledge of IP protocols and Session Initiation Protocol's • Skills in networking including both LAN and WAN, switchers and routers • Experience working in ITIL service desk environments • Experience supervising or managing small teams What we Offer In addition to a competitive salary we offer an annual bonus scheme, 25 days paid holiday, casual dress policy, onsite parking and opportunities for continuous development and training opportunities available.
