Project Administrator Role - Manchester City Centre - 21K Salary Your new company Hays are recruiting for a permanent project administration role to work in a professional services business. The role is based in Manchester City Centre. The vacancy is an immediate start. Your new role You will be working 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. You will be reporting to the senior management to help ensuring that the firm is compliant with all contractual, legislative and regulatory obligations. In this role your main responsibilities will include, but not be exclusive to: Providing a comprehensive administrative service to the management team. This will include assisting in setting up workshops, meetings, taking minutes, chasing actions, and dealing and meeting suppliers and organising quotations. Ensuring that all projects are running to deadlines and are all compliant with current legislation. You'll be producing a high number of legal documents, so you must ensure that they all remain up to date. Strong communication skills are required to ensure you maintain a good working environment and that all information is submitted on time. Working in accordance with the compliance. The role will incorporate national objectives, this may require some travel to other offices. You will be responsible for ensuring that regulatory issues found through the monitoring processes are properly escalated to the relevant business areas. Arranging and attending meetings chaired by managers plus taking minutes when necessary. Undertake and assist with ad hoc projects Maintaining a document directory of policies and procedures. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will need: Previous experience in an administration role. The ability to think critically to overcome any problems quickly and effectively. You must be enthusiastic, organised and intelligent Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring that all information is accurate. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to deal with multiple tasks at once. You must be able to work to tight deadlines. The candidate must be able to work independently. What you'll get in return In return you will receive a yearly wage of £21,000. This role is an immediate start. Flexible working options available.
