Supported Housing Officer Location: Across sites in Staple Hill, Yate and Rudgeway Salary: £20,000 - £20,500 (dependent on experience) benefits Job Type: 37.5 hours per week, Permanent We are an Aspirational, Flexible and Diverse housing organisation who are embedding our new ‘CARES’ culture. Elim Housing Association has been providing Supported Housing Services for over 25 years and Floating Support since 2003. We also provide services to around 800 individuals and families in England and Wales in more independent accommodation and continue to actively develop new initiatives and build new homes. In partnership with South Gloucestershire Council, Elim are working to end rough sleeping across the region. We are looking for a Supported Housing Officer to providing housing-related support to people who have experienced homelessness in the area. The job will involve helping people to find stability in their accommodation after a period of disruption and then helping them to identify and access longer term housing options Requirements of the Supported Housing Officer: Anyone who feels they have the right skills and attitude for this role should get in touch, but experience of homelessness and/or supported housing may be an advantage. As the role will work across sites in South Gloucestershire (Staple Hill, Yate, Rudgeway), access to your own transport is essential.
