Are you an effective internal recruitment professional? Do you have a passion for direct sourcing? We are exclusively working with a Global technology organisation to source a proactive, results driven Talent Acquisition professional who can hit the ground running and support the EMEA HR department with direct sourcing of hires, management of the graduate programme and ad hoc project work. Key responsibilities To drive the internal recruitment function forward by building strong relationships across EMEA Manage the end to end of the recruitment process Support with continuous improvement of processes and procedures Own the graduate programme across the UK Profile You will be confident, meticulous with a passion for ensuring candidates have a positive experience, ideally you will have had previous experience of working within a fast-paced organisation and will have the ability to multi-task on a daily basis.
