We are now looking for a Management Accountant - Service Charges to join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £28,654 per annum. About the Management Accountant - Service Charges role: The role will contribute to the provision of a high quality, proactive and customer focused financial service for the Group. It will assist in providing both internal and external stakeholders with up to date, timely, accurate and concise financial information suitable to their needs. As a key member of the Finance team the Management Accountant role will act as the lead for all service charge related matters and be responsible for ensuring all customers have clarity on service charges due, through working with stakeholders across the business to set accurate service charge estimates and actuals. With a keen eye for attention to detail and utilising extensive excel techniques the role will monitor our service charge costs against income and ensure that income is maximised whilst ensuring compliance with relevant Regulatory Standards, Legislation and documented Policies.
