Overview
Management Accountant with Service Charges experience required for reputable business in Widnes. About the employer You'll be joining an established business which will give you lots of opportunities to develop your skillset. About the job Your role will include: Lead on all service charge related matters Monitor service charge costs against income Financial analysis of each service charge to ensure maximum recovery Ensure that any new service costs are accounted for Effective management of leaseholder service charges Preparation of annual service charge accounts and budgets Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts and budget holder packs Finance contact for designated cost centres. Resolve queries, support with budget setting, financial performance and forecasting. About the ideal candidate To be successful in this role you will have experience as an accounts assistant. You'll be hard working and enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable to take on new duties as require. Requirements Service charge experience Accountancy background Ideally studying towards and accountancy qualification (AAT, CIMA, ACCA) Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting principles Strong work ethic Organised and self-motivated Team Player Salary Range & Benefits The salary range is between £24,000 to £28,500 Application Process Click the apply button and your CV will come straight through for review.
