Overview

Our client, a global Software as a Service company based in Farringdon, are presently seeking a People Operations Administrator (HR Administrator). This is an exciting opportunity to join a trendy and dynamic environment as an entry-level HR Administrator supporting 2 tenured HR professionals across a generalist remit. Although based in London, this role supports the global population. Role includes; - Co-ordination of the full employee lifecycle - Responsible for the smooth operation of the administrative HR platform - Supporting the Recruitment process - HRIS set up and maintenance for new employees - Maintenance of Employee Data and personnel records - Working closely with overseas offices and offering support when needed - Assist with Immigration administration - Maintain and produce accurate organisational charts The ideal candidate will be a confident, motivated professional, who has excellent communication skills and enjoys working as part of a fast-paced team environment.
