Job Description

Finance Manager - Permanent - based in Milton Keynes Purpose of Role: Provide reliable, timely and accurate information on the financial performance of the company. The position is very hands on. Key Responsibilities : * Accounts Payable; input of invoices and payment * Accounts receivable; input of invoices, reconciliation, debt chasing * Bank reconciliation's * Employee expenses & partner credit cards * Payroll inc HMRC submissions and pension reports * Partner drawings / taxes * VAT / Tax & NI * Month End journals (salary, prepayments, accruals, bad beds, depreciation etc); monthly accounts packs for Business Partners * Producing monthly forecast information * Maintain fixed assets register * Monthly nominal reconciliation's * Budget variance / P & L briefs * Year-end inc balance sheet reconciliation's / journals * Review of all weekly reports * Petty Cash * Stationery * Any ad hoc finance queries / payment checks / nominal coding Person Specification: AAT qualified and achieved or Part qualified in CIMA, ACA or ACCA Familiar with financial processes and procedures from start to finish Ability to work within a pressurised environment Hours of work: 37.5 Hours a week If you are interested, please get in touch ASAP or if this is not the exact role you are searching for please do not hesitate to contact me directly to discuss other opportunities.
