As a family business, Brioche Pasquier is the market leader in pre-packaged viennoiserie products and has expanded its influence in the patisserie and biscotte industries. Brioche Pasquier UK, located in Milton Keynes, has two production lines and has more than 120 employees. Our turnover at the end of 2019 is close to the 50M. Our production site is preparing to accommodate a third production line in the near future To complete our team of departmental managers, we are looking for a: FINANCE MANAGER Your duties: Working directly alongside the site's Industrial Director, your aim is to guarantee the profitability of the site and help produce the right product at the right time and at little cost. You will manage and bring together a team of 5 people working in the accountancy, Production Management and purchasing departments. Within this framework: * you will be in charge of the accounting and the full PnL analysis of the Business Unit * you will analyse indicators and be quick to alert in the event of any deviation. You will suggest methods and plans of action of cost saving initiatives to the lines and departments and oversee their completion. * you will contribute to tender preparation, bid analysis and contract negotiations on raw material. * you will identify opportunities for improvement and ensure adherence to corporate and regulatory obligations * you will approve site investments and prove whether they are profitable for the different departments and line managers. You will monitor: * the accounts for the site * the management and organisation of production (product scheduling, raw material and spare part stocks and formation of work teams), working closely with the 3 production lines. * you will motivate, lead and increase your team's skill set through recruitment, training, the establishment of collective and individual objectives and departmental and individual meetings. To do this, you will be working alongside the site's functional and operational departments on a daily basis (Production Lines, Logistics, Quality Assurance, Research and Development, Sales Coordination, Engineering, HR ...) By joining our team, you will become a key player in the development of Brioche Pasquier's products with the aim of offering quality products at the right time and price to our clients. Your profile: A degree in a finance-related subject. As a good communicator with excellent people skills, you will enjoy working in close collaboration with the production lines.
