THE OPPORTUNITY This is a great temporary opportunity to join a small friendly finance team based in Leicester City Centre as a credit control clerk. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Management of the ledger to minimise bad debt and resolve invoice and client queries. Ensure customers adhere to payment terms and credit limits. Telephone and email chasing up to collection Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and internally within the group. Managing weekly credit control chasing letters and statement cycles as applicable and notifications to Managers. Placing accounts out for collection up to collection Dealing with any credit control correspondence or copy invoices which may be required from time to time. EXPERIENCE SOUGHT AFTER IN SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE Credit Control experience. Accuracy of information and attention to detail.
