Management Accountant | Maidstone | £28-32K Our client, a highly successful business in Kent, is seeking to appoint a Management Accountant to join their sizeable team. Reporting into the Group Accountant and you will be responsible for completing detailed analysis into the business results and performance of various contracts, taking a proactive approach to process improvement in addition to supporting other members of the finance team where needed: Assist with the month end process and production of monthly management accounts Review accruals and prepayments Post month end journals Balance sheet reconciliations Support year end process including preparing the audit pack Preparation of reporting and analysis for the business This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has the ability to work in a challenging, fast paced business and has experience of staff management. Candidates will either be qualified by experience or studying towards a professional qualification (AAT, ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
