I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for a company based in Kings Hill The role duties will include - Answering phones to customers and dealing with any questions people may have - Dealing with complaints and issues and passing higher when appropriate - Updating all information onto online systems according to GDPR - Keeping customers up to date at all times - Providing excellent customer service The ideal candidate - Has experience within a customer service background on the phone (1/2 years) - Has a passion for helping others - Hard working and reliable - Looking for career progression Starting salary - £175000 Monday to Friday Full time permanent role If you are interested in the role please apply below
