Overview
In this role you will be: Supporting third parties with courteous and prompt attention, offering excellent customer service. Carrying out due diligence checks on all applicants and ensure relevant issues are escalated to the Agency Supervisor. Ensuring that all applications are processed in a timely manner. Issuing relevant contracts to accepted agents. Maintaining orderly files and ensure that relevant documentation remains up-to-date. Updating the in-house agency data systems. Proactively handling queries to conclusion, liaising with other areas of the business when required. Providing assistance to colleagues and any other departments as required. Contributing to the ongoing development of the company's due diligence processes and procedures. Supporting the Agency Supervisor with the completion of a wide range of tasks. Exposed to FCA rules and guidelines in relation to General Insurance, as well as other regularity/legislative subject matters such as data protection. Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel is desired. Knowledge of the insurance industry, specifically delegated authority is very desirable.
