Duties: Receive and distribute emergency jobs Maintain budgets Sourcing trades React quickly to issues on phone and email to maintain excellent service levels. Prioritise and organise daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly tasks such as, Meter readings, Inspections, Check Ins/ Check Outs etc This role: This is a position carrying responsibility within a vibrant brand that will give you the chance to grow within the firm. This could be the role that you have been building towards and waiting for You will manage a portfolio of letting properties and be the friendly positive point of contact and the chief problem solver for your landlords and their tenants. You will manage each tenancy through from start to finish; from the first viewing and applications; to referencing, inspections, maintenance and finally checkouts and deposit returns. You : We will want you to have 3 plus years experience in property lettings, ARLA is ideal but not essential, to have a track record in organised and effective administration and to have the skills and approach to offer exceptional customer service to every client every time.
