Due to continued expansion Swisslog require a Software Engineer / Software Developer with experience of Java Enterprise Edition. We are looking for both Developers and Senior Developers. Swisslog develop advanced warehouse management software which is programmed in Java EE. Key activity: • Undertake the delivery of a defined part of a project, including design, implementation, testing, integration (in-house and on-site) and documentation as required • Define the software delivery plan • Coding according to specifications, design and internal standards • Review software design and code • Maintain code and fix bugs as required • Properly document all activities according to the internal procedures • Design, implement and test software according to Swisslog standard development processes • Devise appropriate design strategies and development methodologies • Coach and motivate junior colleagues about technologies, products, tools and processes We are looking for: • At least 4 years of experience in software design and programming with JEE • Experience in complex and international projects with tight budgets and time frames • Desirable but not essential experience in the automated warehouse industry.
