They specialise in Engineering, M&E, FM, Rail , Aerospace, Manufacturing, Technical and Civil recruitment. This highly successful Recruitment Consultancy is expanding their Derby based operation and they are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the team. They are a growing team and are looking to employ the best talent available. You will join a target driven, dynamic and motivated team, and will be responsible for developing the desk. Working with the Divisional Manager you will be tasked with increasing the client base and increasing overall branch revenue. The budget for the coming year is designed to ensure that all motivated consultants will exceed their bonus earnings and expectations. To be suitable for this opportunity you will have previous Recruitment Industry sales experience, a full UK driving licence, and will be looking for a long-term career move. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential as is a confident personality. They offer realistic progression and promote from within wherever possible. Any recruitment industry sector experience will be considered although preference will be given to applicants from a Technical, Engineering and Manufacturing recruitment backgrounds.
