Overview

Bionical Solutions LTD are seeking a bright and motivated individual to join their recruitment team to assist in their resourcing and fleet duties. The role is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door of a local pharma and healthcare business to showcase your capabilities whilst supporting the current team. Previous experience in fleet or recruitment is not required as full training will be given but a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn will be essential. This role is a fantastic development opportunity, allowing the successful candidate to learn about the Bionical business and get started in a role which demands strong communication capability and excellent attention to detail. Recruitment Responsibilities: Responsible for carrying out pre-employment checks and maintaining accurate detailed records of checks Maintain appropriate and engaging social media activity to drive engagement and raise brand awareness Conduct initial candidate screening calls ensuring information is recorded in a timely and accurate manner Manage the candidate database, keeping the data up to date and accurate Handle candidate enquiries through various channels including but not limited to email and telephone Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity and provide appropriate Management Information as requested Ensuring a consistent, professional and engaging experience for any employee joining, leaving or transferring within the Bionical Group Produce high quality, accurate and engaging communications/adverts via all media channels available to us and ensure all available channels are utilised to maximise applications Ensure all candidates records are complete and accurate to ensure application audit trails are robust and both within legislative boundaries and internal processes. Keep the talent acquisition SharePoint pages up to date and ensure documents are stored correctly within the SharePoint area Arrange interviews / screenings for candidates with hiring managers Fleet Responsibilities: Management of company fleet vehicles for insurance and accident purposes Management of company fleet system Providing reports to internal stakeholders regarding fleet and company car information Negotiation of terms and contesting fines where appropriate Logistics of fleet including UK wide travel when necessary Supporting training and induction process What kind of person do you need to be? Excellent written and verbal communication skills including telephone manner Excellent organisational and time management skills, including working with multiple projects simultaneously. Enjoy working proactively with the ability to meet agreed deadlines Good interpersonal skills including customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow process diligently. Experience of working in a Customer Service or Recruitment environment would be desirable Strong team player with the ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with colleagues Adhere to the appropriate Code of Practice and all Company internal polices and standard operating procedures at all times.
