HR Operations Specialist - Global Bank - up to £38,000 - City Your new company HR Operations Specialist, working in the high-performing HR Shared Services team with a global Financial Services organisation. Your new role In your new HR Operations Specialist role, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive HR administration and employee-facing support. Specifically, you'll handle HR-related employee queries via the HR inbox and face-to-face; will design, review and enhance workflow processes; advise on company policy and best practice; take minutes in ER meetings (incl. collective consultations); and will support the Head of HR Shared Services with ad-hoc HR projects and administrative tasks. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in your new HR Operations Specialist role, you'll have a good understanding of the employee lifecycle and will have experience providing end-to-end administrative support. Ideally, you'll have worked within the regulated financial services industry and have experience in a Shared Services environment, though all profiles will be considered. What you'll get in return In return, you'll receive a competitive salary up to £38,000 (dependent on level of experience) discretionary bonus (based on personal and company performance).
