Overview

Support Engineer Location: Weybridge Salary: £20,000 - £45,000 I'm currently working with a IT Managed Service provider based in Weybridge to find an experienced Support Engineer to come on-board and join the team. We are open to people with any level of experience across first, second or third line support and previous experience working as an external service provider will put u at an advantage when applying for this role but isn't essential. You just need to have the right attitude and the desire to work in a fast paced technical environment that will challenge and develop your IT Skills. The main duties and desired skills required for this role include: (Please be aware this is a list of desirables not essentials so please don't rule yourself out if you only have experience with 25% of what's listed below) Support via Ticket management in an ITIL environment. Email services (Exchange 2007/2010,2013, Exchange Online, Mimecast, Gmail) Microsoft Office 365 services Microsoft Azure administration Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, GPO, AD, File Servers and any other server roles. Deployment and implementation of new workstations and network hardware across multiple remote sites. General desktop support, Hardware\software diagnosis and break fix. Windows OS 7,8 and 10 MS Office Suite 2010 upwards DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN, Routing, VPN and basic WAN.
