Overview
Proman is looking for a Site Manager in Central London to start ASAP - Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project. - Liaising with clients, subconstractors and other construction professionals. - Coordinating and supervising construction workers. - Checking and preparing site reports. Skills : - Degree in a construction-related subject or related professional qualification. - CSCS card and management certifications - Snagging experience would be a plus (usefull for future projects) - Good communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Ability to motivate others. Teamworking skills. - Good knowledge of building methods and regulations. Good opportunity to grow within a great company and possibility to become permanent.
