Overview
IT Trainer / Project Support - Up to £50,000 Your new company You will be working with a medium size Legal who are spread across 3 locations UK wide. Based in their Central London office, you will be the internal IT Trainer, whilst also providing project support. Your new role As a hybrid role, your responsibility will be traditional IT training (New user inductions, Legal applications) as well as being a liaison between the Legal and IT departments. Ensuring improvement of processes and developing use of tech products across the firm. You will also be expected to assist with some non-BAU duties such as acting as an escalation point for Helpdesk calls.
