People Business Partner City of London £50,000 per annum Our client, an international telecom company are looking for a new People Business Partner. They are going through an exciting time of organisational change following exceptional growth Your responsibilities: As one of the People Business Partners you'll play a key role during this exciting time. Partner with business leaders to develop a deep understanding of the relevant business areas. providing input to the broader people agenda whilst owning and supporting projects as appropriate. providing strategic input and practical support working with the wider team to provide input into keep policies and procedures fit for purpose manage complex cases such as employee relations, grievance, redundancy and performance management. About you: You will be passionate about what you do You'll need to have excellent Human Resources understanding along side great communication skills.
