Your new company You will be joining a Global Shipping firm, based in Central London. Your new role My client is looking for an Internal Recruiter. The role is an end to end recruitment position and will include but is not limited too. Writing job descriptions Supporting day to day recruitment queries Building strong relationships with line managers Using ATS and social media platforms to source for candidates Short listing CV's Creating Job Adverts Supporting and conducting Interviews Arranging interviews and assessment days Building strong relationships with external recruiters Creating offer letters and references supporting with the on boarding process What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will have an excellent academic record, have 3 years recruiting experience into similar industries. You will have had experience working within a cooperate environment and are self motivated.
