Administrator and Supplier Coordinator Cardiff £9.09 per hour to start Temporary - long term Are you an organised and efficient administrator with first class communication skills? Do you enjoy a varied role that allows you to interact with internal and external teams? Are you computer literate and keen to work in a rewarding environment? If so, then we'd like to hear from you. The team at Meridian Business Support ltd are currently looking to fill a long term (at least 4 month) temporary role. We are looking for a competent Administrator who is professional, friendly and customer focused. Duties to include: Ordering goods and services as requested by the Operational Services Management team using the Oracle system. Passing invoices for payment in conjunction with Finance department. Researching suppliers and updating supplier database. Managing and maintaining spreadsheets and collating management data. Drafting replies to straightforward correspondence on behalf of the Operational Services team. Taking telephone calls for the department and assist as required. Undertake full administrative support for the department to include taking minutes from meetings, typing and dealing with incoming mail. You will be sat as part of the Operational Services Management team, and there will be plenty of support available as you are settling in to your new role.
