Contracts Administrator 16,500 - 18,000 (depending on experience) Full-time, permanent Cardiff Foxwood Recruitment are delighted to be working with a global and innovative leader in the manufacturing industry. With over 13,000 people employed globally, our Client operate over 100 manufacturing sites in over 70 countries across the world. Due to continued growth and acquisitions, they are looking to expand their team.... Overview of role As part of a new division a superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a busy contracts administrative team. Responsible for the day to day handling of expiring contract renewal proposals, contract related orders and all associated queries. Working closely with the sales team to process orders for new and renewed contracts. Main Duties Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer queries. Produce regular reports for contracts due to expire, liaising with the sales team to confirm ownership of any sites on the report. Review contracts for renewal and check time on site and equipment detailed on engineer's worksheet. End contracts as advised. Update equipment details and add to contract renewal where required. Liaise with scheduling teams to obtain visit dates. Keep the sales team updated with new contract progress. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers alike. Practice good housekeeping at all times in accordance with company health and safety requirements. What do you need to apply? Good understanding of Microsoft Office or equivalent packages. Excellent attention to details. Drive and passion to succeed. Effective communication skills - written and verbal. Previous experience of quotation chasing and outbound calling.
