Overview
Production IT Engineer Our client is a leader in providing secure products and services across financial, telecoms and technology-based sectors. They are seeking a shift-based Production IT Engineer to join their Operations Services team to look after systems & data processing. Shift is rotating early - late shifts and be involved Duties Ensuring inbound and outbound customer files are processed / generated and successfully transmitted Roll out of new products, applications and configurations in conjunction with Customer Product Managers Creation and actioning of test plans to ensure system integrity & stability Completion of all associated administrative duties such as change logs, incident logs, work instructions and quality documentation Raising, analysing and actioning incidents within an ITIL framework Qualifications Formal IT qualification or higher education essential Experience with IT help desk advantageous In-depth Windows OS understanding Experience of working with custom-developed applications Weekly out of office hours on-call rota (1 in 4 once fully trained & capable) Benefits Salary DOE 25 days' holiday Training Provided Discretionary bonus scheme
