Overview

A bespoke London based career consultancy is looking for a professional, calm and courteous PA to support the CEO with her business and personal affairs. You will work out of the client’s home in Ladbroke Grove and also remotely. Their consultancy is focused on the non-executive space and works with the most senior businesspeople in the UK and internationally to help them create or extend non-executive careers. The company is growing fast and they are looking for a candidate with bags of initiative who is able to really take ownership of the role and grow with the company. Prior experience working in recruitment is required. Main duties and responsibilities: Inbox management Diary management Prepping and formatting client paperwork and CVs Making bookings and reservations Invoices Helping at occasional events Sorting repairs and liaising with contractors Occasional website management General admin and office management Key requirements and desirable attributes: Prior experience working in recruitment Prior experience working as a PA Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Comfortable with liaising with clients and a good telephone manner Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word Comfortable working on PCs Excellent spelling and grammar Able to carry out basic research Start date - ASAP Salary - £22-25 per hour depending on experience Working hours - 3-4 mornings (9am-1pm) per week, with the opportunity for the role to grow for the right candidate.
