Overview

We are assisting one of your client - a fast growing SAAS/ video platform startup in search for the professional for HR generalist/ HR manager/ HR Business Partner role in UK. The company is looking for an HR who has experience in all HR practices: recruitment, C&B, training, HR projects and will become the first HR person in UK. Wee are looking for an open-minded and pro-active person who will become - both trusted HR for the UK team (around 30 ppl and growing) and a part of the global HR department, who is interested to develop profesisonally and be involved in the high-end HR projects and - simmultaniously - is ready for the "hands-on" work. The role will report directly to the global HR Director. Responsibilities: - Lead talent aquisition process that includes planning, strategy & execution of the recruitment and on-boarding, includind tallent aquisition/ brandidng programms and initiatives. - Be a trusted advisor for top-managers and employees and assisting them in achieving company’s goals - Drive, lead and implement C&B procedures and practices - Develop and improve HR prosesses and procedures and identify and launch the new ones according to the company’s business needs ( awards, benefits, career deveopment programms etc) - Ensure company’s compliance with UK HR laws and regulations, assist the company in all HR legal matters - Participate in global HR projects and initiatives, ensuring the UK HR practices are inline with the company’s ones Requirements: 5 years experience in HR, experience within all HR practices 3 years in HR generalist/ BP/ specialist roles in Tech companies (internet, cloud, SW devvelopment etc) Experince in implemetnation of global HR strategy to the local UK needs, ensuring all the prosesses Experience in hands-on recruitment and in recruitment strategy/ employees branding projects and programms Ability to both - be involved/ drive strategic HR initiatives and hands-on experience in their implementation Experience and knowledge of UK HR related laws and practices Communication, consulting, coaching and facilitation skills BA/BS degree in HR or related.
