An established multi-service law firm in Manchester is looking to expand its Conveyancing Department with an experienced conveyancing solicitor (2 years' PQE). You will be joining a small friendly team with plans for expansion as the Conveyancing Department grows. As the conveyancing solicitor, you'll be handling your own caseload of residential property matters, from initial instruction through to completion including leasehold, freehold, shared ownership, Help to Buy and new build properties. You will have plenty of client contact and the opportunity to develop new business. You will likely be a qualified conveyancing solicitor (2 years' PQE), licensed conveyancer or legal executive and have a proven track record of handling a broad mix of conveyancing files. On offer is a competitive salary (negotiable, depending on experience) together with career advancement opportunities. The offices are easily commutable from most parts of central and south Manchester including Stockport, Ashton-Under-Lyne, Cheadle and Wythenshawe with ample parking available nearby.
