Your new firm This national law firm, based in the North West, is recognised as a leading firm in the insurance sector. They have won a number of high profile awards this year. Due to an increasing number of instructions, a permanent Conveyancing assistant is needed to join the dedicated team in the Greater Manchester office. Your new role As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting on all aspects of Residential sales and purchase transactions. You will liaise with a variety of stakeholders, therefore excellent communication skills are essential. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed you will need: Previous experience in a conveyancing department Good understanding of the general process of a Sale and Purchase Transaction.
