Due to continued growth, this leading national firm is seeking a residential conveyancing solicitor/team leader, to join them at their impressive offices in Manchester City Centre. This is one of the largest conveyancing law firms in the country, where you will manage, lead and motivate a team of 8-12 conveyancing fee earners. Your team will be involved in a range of conveyancing transactions including complex matters, shared ownership, new build, right to buy and remortgages, therefore, you'll likely have in-depth knowledge and experience across all aspects of residential property. You must have a proven track record, as you will be responsible for contributing to the success of the team in both conveyancing fee earning and managing a team. You may be a conveyancing solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive with at least 3 years' PQE (although those with relevant experience at all levels are to be considered). This opportunity will suit an ambitious residential conveyancing solicitor with supervisory experience, ideally gained within a volume conveyancing environment, with strong technical skills and experience using the latest technology/case management systems.
