This long established law firm has been advising on claimant personal injury matters for many years and has a large and successful Bristol based team advising on a wide range of PI claims. Due to an increase in work, the firm now requires an additional personal injury fee earner or paralegal with personal injury experience. Specifically, in this position, you will handle injuries from road traffic accidents. You will conduct litigation to successfully achieve compensation for clients. You will manage a varied caseload of mixed liability, quantum disputes and post litigation matters. Around 40% of your caseload will be litigated. You will draft court documents (with support) and undertake simple court hearings. To apply for this personal injury fee earner vacancy, you must have at least 2 years' RTA personal injury experience. You will understand litigation and ideally will be confident to run a litigated matter from start to finish including the post litigation matters.
