Overview
Personal Injury Lawyer – Required to start ASAP 12 month FTC – Bristol We are recruiting for an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer on behalf of our Client, a well-established legal services organisation, based in Bristol in a very commutable location from Cardiff, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire. Due to impressive growth within the team, the firm are looking for a number of Fee Earners to join their busy Personal Injury department. This position is open to applications from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Fee Earners. The successful candidate will have extensive prior experience working on a number of fast-track cases and will be confident with RTA, EL and PL caseloads. The candidate will be responsible for: • Managing a varied caseload of mixed liability and quantum disputes, and post litigation matters • Conducting litigation on road traffic accident (RTA) personal injury cases to successfully achieve the right compensation for clients • Drafting court documents with the support of team leaders and undertaking simple court hearings • Using your experience and expertise to decide which cases to progress with You will also be expected to provide advice to clients on the best legal action available to them. Full time hours are required over the 12 month period and there is potential for a permanent contract to be offered upon initial success in the first year. The salary on offer is £23 000 – £27 000 dependent on previous legal experience. A benefits package including spa and gym access & free parking is also on offer.
