The role would suit an experienced Legal Secretary with expertise already gained within a legal property team. Key requirements for the role are: Experience and understanding of residential conveyancing Knowledge of commercial property matters would also be most welcome Confident telephone manner handling telephone enquiries from Clients and external contacts Competent, accurate and efficient audio and copy typing skills Proficient in Microsoft Office with experience of Lexis Nexis Smart Forms advantageous Good day to day organisation and an ability to prioritise and work efficiently The firm's offices are located conveniently close to close good transport links and all of the local amenities.
