If you are a qualified residential conveyancer (solicitor/CILEX/licensed conveyancer) looking to join a highly reputable Legal 500 law firm, then this opportunity is for you This prestigious law firm is looking to add an experienced residential conveyancing fee earner to its team. Here, you will be responsible for running a caseload of clients that includes: sale and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties remortgaging shared ownership equity release schemes transfer of equity Limited business development will be required within this role as business comes through referrals and repeated clients due to the high-quality service provided. To be successful in this role you must: be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or a licensed conveyancer have experience with running a full caseload be confident in liaising with clients face to face and over the phone guiding them through the process Based a short distance from the train station, the office is situated in the perfect location. If you prefer to drive to work there is also free car parking near the office.
