This extremely well established Legal 500 firm is looking for a property litigation solicitor to join the team in Cardiff. The successful candidate will be a solicitor who is a team player and NQ-2 years' PQE. You should have strong technical skills and be keen to join an established Property Litigation Team of specialist lawyers who service regional clients. Your caseload will involve housing litigation for social housing landlord clients and other residential landlords with large portfolios. Knowledge of civil procedure rules would be beneficial, however full training will be on offer. Advocacy will be a very critical part of this opening and you will be undertaking contested applications in local courts. This is an outstanding firm in which you're encouraged to develop relationships and have the opportunity to undertake some commercial property litigation work.
