You must be able to demonstrate technical experience, experience advising social housing clients and residential landlords. Knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules is desirable but full training will be provided. Successfully handling your own caseload of property litigation matters, you will be confident working autonomously, acting on behalf of a wide range of clients.
