Overview
Rare in house opportunity for a commercial property paralegal to join an inhouse legal team within a national housebuilder based in Cardiff with real progression opportunities. Chadwick Nott is instructed by one of the top housebuilders in the UK in their search for a commercial property paralegal to join their experienced and highly regarded commercial property team based in Cardiff. This commercial property paralegal will be working with very experienced lawyers and assisting on the drafting and negotiating of S104 agreements, S38 agreements and transfers of property. There will also be an element of working on s106 agreements As the successful commercial property paralegal, you will have a law degree. The LPC or a Cilex qualification would be preferential but not a deal breaker. Ideally, you will be able to show experience in residential development work, but broader commercial property experience will be considered. As this is a busy team, you must be hard working, organised and a team player. There is a real opportunity for progression to qualification for the right candidate.
