Overview
Our client, who is an award-winning, top tier international law firm, is now seeking a commercial TMT associate solicitor to join their dynamic TMT Team in Glasgow. You will be working within one of the best and most experienced TMT Teams where their practice has a strong sector focus, particularly with financial services clients, energy suppliers, retail, universities, technology suppliers and customers seeking digital solutions and innovation. Your role will involve a broad range of high-quality matters from supporting clients with their digital, technology outsourcing and business change projects to developing and growing relationships with existing clients, as well as creating opportunities for new clients. The successful candidate will have gained experience in a firm with an established TMT practice or a large commercial practice, specialising in sourcing related matters and have a solid grounding in IT, data protection and commercial law.
