Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor BCL Legal is pleased to be working alongside a leading national commercial firm in its recruitment of a junior restructuring and insolvency solicitor in London The Role: In this mixed non-contentious restructuring and insolvency litigation role you will advise and assist company directors and businesses on the full spectrum of insolvency and restructuring matters, including working with insolvency practitioners, banks and asset based lenders. The Candidate: The successful restructuring and insolvency solicitor will be circa 2 years PQE (albeit candidates with more experience are also encouraged to apply) and looking to further develop their insolvency and restructuring career. Ideally you will have gained at least 2 years post qualification insolvency/restructuring experience.
